Cancellation and Refund Policy for a tour package: 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email, fax or correspondence letter. 

Cancellation charges (calculated on total package amount) will be applicable as follows:

3% if Cancellation request is received more then 60 days prior to tour start date.

5% if Cancellation request is received up to 59 to 45 days prior to tour start date.

10% if Cancellation request is received up to 44 to 30 days prior to tour start date.

20% if Cancellation request is received up to 29 to 7 days prior to tour start date.

30% if Cancellation request is received up to 6 to 3 days prior to tour start date.

100% if Cancellation request is not received more then 2 days prior to tour start date. 

Cancellation charges will be calculated on the basis of date we receive your written cancellation request.

Postpone / Prepone of your tour program will be treated as cancellation of previous package and booking of new package and it is subject to availability. 50% discount will be provided in Cancellation charges for postpone / prepone of a tour program.

Refund Policy: 

Your advance deposit after deducting cancellation charges will be refundable to you.

Refunds will be made between 1st to 7th of every month for all cancellations requested in previous month.
